ART'E', under the direction of Marilena Ferrari, won the Europe's 500 Award for seven consecutive years, from 1998 to 2005. This award is presented to the chairmen and women of the companies with the highest growth rates on the continent.

May 2001: she received The Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World Award, presented to the 2001 most important women entrepreneurs in the world.

 

May 2002: she received the Marisa Bellisario Award "for managing, through the foundation of a company, to draw the public closer to art, providing a new vision of the sector marked by organisational development from a commercial and communications point of view".

June 2004: she received the Donna per la Cultura nel Mondo Award, presented by Tara Gandhi.

July 2004: she was appointed "Commendatore al Merito della Repubblica Italiana" by the President of the Republic, Carlo Azeglio Ciampi.

May 2005: she received the F.i.d.a.p.a. 2005 Emilia-Romagna Award for distinguishing herself in the world of business.

May 2006: she received the Console dell'Economia dalla Camera di Commercio di Bologna Award, presented to entrepreneurs who, thanks to their ability and forward-thinking, have succeeded in creating and establishing successful businesses, giving international prestige to the Bolognese economy.

 

November 2007: she received the Unicef Award in San Marino for her possession of a great humanitarian and generous spirit, and her awareness of childhood suffering. In fact, Marilena Ferrari has always been profuse in her charity and voluntary work, working on numerous humanitarian projects to help children in countries torn apart by war and collecting funds for the construction of schools in Guatemala, Bosnia, Tibet, Cambodia and Afghanistan.
